If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
REFUNDS
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying all costs related to returning items to our warehouse in Asia. To receive the refund, please send it in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging. We will refund you the purchase amount within 7 working days of receipt of the item. Please make sure to send it insured and with tracking and send us the tracking code and tracking link via email please, so that we can confirm its receipt, without which we will not be able to make the refund.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) or if you return items without our prior authorization or your items show signs of damage which wasn't there before or have been worn or items are returned more than 14 days after return authorization or returned items arrive at our warehouse more than 4 weeks after return authorization.

You can submit refund requests within 14 days of delivery or 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired, whichever is earlier. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Page.
