If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Customers will be responsible for paying all costs related to returning items to our warehouse in Asia. To receive the refund, please send it in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging. We will refund you the purchase amount within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) or if you return items without our prior authorization or your items show signs of damage which wasn't there before or have been worn or items are returned more than 14 days after return authorization or returned items arrive at our warehouse more than 4 weeks after return authorization.
