If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 1 hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

To receive the refund, please send it in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging. We will refund you the purchase amount within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
