To receive the refund, please send it in the same condition you received it in, with the original packaging. We will refund you the purchase amount within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We do not issue the refund if:
Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) or if you return items without our prior authorization or your items show signs of damage which wasn't there before or have been worn or items are returned more than 14 days after return authorization or returned items arrive at our warehouse more than 4 weeks after return authorization.
